A raw model is not an agent. The layer around it decides how much quality you get per token. Ours is engineered for exactly that.

Sub-agent routing

Heavy exploration runs in cheap parallel workers; the main thread keeps only conclusions. Big-model context stays clean.

Prompt-cache discipline

Requests are shaped to keep the cache hot. Cached tokens cost a fraction, so long sessions stay affordable.

Context compression

Long histories are compacted instead of resent. The agent remembers the task without paying for it twice.

Output discipline

Tight tool schemas and terse defaults. The model spends tokens on code, not on narrating its own work.

2024

AI coding enters Mars IT School classrooms. Thousands of students become the proving ground for what beginners actually need.

November 2025

First versions of our own agents ship: internal bots, pipelines and code generation in the school's daily operations.

February 2026

Browser vibe-coding app ships: chat, live preview, project gallery. Students build and publish from a prompt.

May 12, 2026

mcode is born: fork of sst/opencode. A day later, Token Factory v0, our own LLM gateway with a wallet. Five days later, the first benchmark run against a frontier baseline.

June 2026

Signed desktop builds for macOS and Windows with an auto-update channel. The agent leaves the terminal.

July 2026

930+ commits on the fork. 243 student sites live on marshub.uz, built by 100 authors. The browser app is at release 57.
